Tal Morr, DMD, MSD

Dr. Tal Morr maintains a private practice in Aventura Florida limited to Aesthetic, Implant, and Complex Restorative Dentistry. Dr. morr received his DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He then went on to study at the University of Washington Prosthodontic program where he received a certificate in Prosthodontics and a Masters of Science in Dentistry (MSD) degree. Dr. Morr is an internationally recognized speaker on various topics such as aesthetics, implants, and full mouth rehabilitation as well as being a published author on aesthetically related dental topics such as veneers, implants, and complex prosthetics. Dr Nikolaos Perakis graduated in dentistry with first class honours at the University of Bologna (Italy). He completed his studies at the University of Geneva (Switzerland) where he obtained the title of LMD, a Doctorate under the direction of Dr Pascal Magne, and the Specialization in Fixed Prosthodontics under the direction of Prof. U. Belser. He is a Member of the Swiss Society of Restorative Dentistry (SSRD), of the Accademia Italiana di Conservativa (AIC) and of the Interdisciplinary Gymnasium CAD-CAM (GICC).

Lecturer in the Department of Fixed Prosthodontics of the University of Geneva (Prof. U. Belser) since 2004, he also holds the title of Professor for the course, ''Master of Fixed Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry using advanced technologies”, which he teaches at the University of Bologna (Prof. R. Scotti).

Gordon J. Christensen is Founder and Director of Practical Clinical Courses (PCC), Chief Executive Officer of Clinicians Report Foundation (CR) and a Practicing Prosthodontist in Provo, Utah.

Gordon and Dr. Rella Christensen are co-founders of the non-profit CLINICIANS REPORT FOUNDATION (previously named CRA), which Rella directed for many years. Since 1976, they have conducted research in all areas of dentistry and published the findings to the profession in the well-known CRA Newsletter now called CLINICIANS REPORT.

Gordon's degrees includes: DDS, University of Southern California; MSD, University of Washington; PhD, University of Denver and two honorary doctorates.

Early in his career, Gordon helped initiate the University of Kentucky and University of Colorado dental schools and taught at the University of Washington.

Currently, he is an adjunct professor at the University of Utah, School of Dentistry. Gordon has presented thousands of hours of continuing education globally, made hundreds of educational videos used throughout the world and published widely.

Gordon’s and Rella's sons are both dentists. William is a prosthodontist, and Michael is a general dentist. Their daughter, Carlene, is a teacher.

Rento Cocconi, MD, MS

Renato Cocconi did his postgraduate training at the Department of Orthodontics of the University of Milan. After his Master Degree he expanded his experience in orthodontics and orthognatic surgery in the US with Larry Andrews, Ronald Roth and Bill Arnett. He has been clinical professor at the Department of Orthodontics of the University of Milan from 1993 to 2008. He is member of the EOS, AAO, SIDO and active member of the Angle Society of Europe.
He has lectured as keynote speaker to the EOS, AAO, and to most of the European and American Orthodontic Societies. His private practice is in Parma where he directs the FACE Ortho Surgical Center in cooperation with the Chief Surgeon Prof Mirco Raffaini.

Dr. Arndt Happe was born in 1969 in Münster, Germany. He graduated from the University of Münster, Germany as a Doctor for Dental Medicine in 1994.

He spent 3 years as a resident for Professor Dr. Fouad Khoury at the private Clinic for Implantology and Esthetic Dentistry in Olsberg and graduated for Oral Surgery in 1999.

Since 1999 he established a renown Private & Referral Practice in Münster, treating Implant, Perio, Restorative and Esthetic Cases. He obtained an advanced degree in Implantology (2000) and Periodontology (2004) from the German Societies for Implantology and Periodontology respectively.

Since 2010 he is a research fellow and external lecturer at the University of Cologne and in 2013 received his postdoctoral lecture Qualification as an Assistant Professor from the same University.

He published several articles including chapters in the textbook “Bone Augmentation in Oral Implantology”, by Prof. Khoury and “Bone, Biomaterials and Beyond” by Prof. Barone and Prof. Nannmark. He is a lecturer on implant treatment, esthetics and soft tissue management in several postgraduate programs, Master courses and at the University of Cologne.
He is an active member of the European Academy for Esthetic Dentistry.

He completed medical school training and a cancer research fellowship at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Malament has been the recipient of significant awards in Prosthodontics including the American College of Prosthodontists’ Clinician / Researcher Award, Daniel F. Gordon Award for Lifetime Achievement and Distinguished Lecturer Award, the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics’ George Moulton Award for Outstanding Achievement and the first Frank V. Celenza Memorial Award from the Northeastern Gnathological Society.
